Each session includes information received from the energy of your body, past, fears, habits, etc. Sometimes an ancestor or someone that has passed comes along and has a word or two to say.
Clearing your office or living space. Service includes training in sage clearing and boundary setting in your space. You will receive a bundle of blessed sage bundle.

Energy Shifting
These reiki session are specifically fashioned to work with depression, anxiety, grief and sadness. You will receive tips and homework designed to help improve your daily life. It is a commitment of 3 sessions.

Distance Healing
I offer distance healing. Distance healing, also called remote healing, is a healing energy and I will direct that energy toward a recipient who is not physically present. It operates on the principle that energy, intention, and consciousness are not bound by physical space, allowing healing to occur across cities, countries, or even continents. This practice has roots in ancient traditions, including Chinese “chi,” Indian “prana,” and Japanese “ki”.
Please reach out to prices on all services. I have a sliding scale, I also barter. Everyone deserves help, no matter how economically challenged they are.
I would be honored to officiate your wedding ceremony or elopement. We can work together to create the vows and special moments for your ceremony. Making sure that your loving dedication to each other be an authentic expression of you both.
I also officiate vow renewal, or commitment ceremony.

What to Expect
Introduction to Reiki and Guided Meditation for Groups
Introduction to Reiki
I will provide an overview of what Reiki is and how it can benefit your health, wellbeing and the health and wellbeing of others around you.
You will learn the basics of Reiki. The history and how it works. I will do a demonstration of Reiki.
Guided Meditation
The group will experience a relaxing guided meditation. The meditation will be 5-7 minutes long. We will have an discussion after that to check in and see how the experience was for each person.
Each participant will receive handouts, and referrals to other information and helpful resources. Chairs are used for the guided meditation. If you prefer a mat, please feel free to bring one.
